1. As we have studied, the use of Information Technology and Cominicacón (ICT) can help develop educational innovations. 
  2. But also, we have concluded that the ITC by themselves do not create innovation if no changes affecting the system of relationships, learning activities or cognitive processes of learning. 
  3. Given this, make a proposal to include ITC in a particular case if they can help develop an educational innovation.
