1. According to the defined innovation in the design and development of model improvement projects have been established eight times or phases. Try to identify each of them and their importance in the whole process. 
  2. Now identify a problem that you think may be the subject of innovation in teaching-learning situation. 
  3. Ask a proposed "decision-making" in each of the phases of this model to respond to the problem selected.
