Dear students,
in order to prepare the first seminar where we will debate on multicultural exercise of Fundamental rights, I offer you this four decisions. Unfortunately three of them are in french and spanish, so I will understand that some of you could not read the french ones. If so, please try to get some information about the case and the decision via google in order to be informed during the seminar. We will discuss the rationale of allowing and prohibiting religious symbols in public spaces like classrooms either when they are placed by the government or when they are weared by the school agents (pupils and teachers).
